identification card (isic)

 The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) allows students all over the world to prove their official student status and make the most of thousands of targeted student benefits and discounts in over 130 countries. These benefits include discounts on travel and public transport, educational courses, software licenses, digital communications, magazine subscriptions, music streaming, cafes and eateries, music festivals, theme parks, sporting events, world heritage sites, and more. The basic validity of the ISIC card is 16 months - from September 1st of one year to the end of December of the following year. This validity remains constant regardless of the date of issuance. When you renew the validity of your ISIC at a CU service center (listed below), they stick a hologram validation sticker for that academic year on the back of your card. Without the validation sticker, you are not entitled to ISIC-related benefits. 

Note: Your ISIC is also required as identification at the hospital during clinical aspects of your study (third year and above)
