 Visit Domain JINONICE - and enter your personal number (located underneath your photo on your ISIC card). Click ‘Search’

If the account does not exist, click ‘Create Account’. You might have to wait several minutes until the account is created. Repeat the first step. Once the account has been created, it will display it under the ‘Account Status’ as indicated by the photo below.

Login to CAS using your personal number (underneath your photo on your ISIC) and the password you would normally use to login to SIS.

Click ‘Set password for JINONICE domain’ under the ‘Other Accounts’ tab on the left.

In the ‘Password for JINONICE’ tab, enter a new password for the domain, and save. This will be your password for your CUNI email.

Password requests in domain JINONICE are following:

  • Password is valid for 180 days.

  • Minimal length of the password is 7 characters.

  • Password cannot be a name, surname or a login.

  • Password has to contain characters at least of three following categories: small letters, CAPITAL letters, digits, special characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*, punctuation marks).
    Please do not use local characters – the password would not work in some applications.

Once you have created a password, the account will be saved. You can check this by clicking ‘Account list’ under the ‘Other accounts’ tab on the left. Click on the drop-down menu ‘Account detail’ to display your account status, as indicated in the photo below.

Return to Domain JINONICE and login using your personal number and the password you have just created. If you followed all the steps above correctly, the page displayed would look like the photo below. The red arrow indicates your new student email address.

The photo on the right should be the same photo as the one on your CU ISIC. You can use this page for future password changes in domain, as well as your Eduroam password. This page also displays your email address and expiration date of your password. Before expiration of your password you will receive an email with a prompt to change your password. The account is valid for duration of the study. When study is finished (according to IS UK data) the account expiration will be set to study expiration date + 31 days.

To access your CUNI email via web interface, visit this link. Enter your personal number and the password you just created for Domain JINONICE.
